About the event
Our Share and Care Group offers a safe and confidential space to grapple with life’s challenges in a group setting. This is a space to express feelings related to all types of loss, be it loss of pets, loved ones, mobility, independence, and/or vitality. We also talk about care-giving issues and the feelings of anger, confusion, exhaustion and guilt that surely arise. All sessions will include discussion and guidance from a Jewish spiritual perspective.
Please note this is not a psychotherapy group; it is a spiritual care group.
$15.00 per two hour session.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
